摘要
目的 分析标准化临床护理路径（CNP）对于髋关节置换术（THA）患者的影响。方法 选取我院2023年6月至2025年6月期间拟行初次单侧THA的患者120例，按入院时间顺序分为路径组与常规组。路径组实施基于循证构建的结构化CNP，常规组采用传统护理模式。结果 路径组平均住院时间及住院总费用显著低于常规组，术后并发症总发生率更低，术后Harris评分与Barthel指数显著更高（P<0.05）。结论 临床护理路径能有效优化THA患者的医疗流程，降低医疗成本，减少并发症，并促进患者术后关节功能与日常生活能力的恢复。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of standardized clinical nursing pathway (CNP) on patients undergoing hip replacement surgery (THA). Methods 120 patients who were scheduled to undergo their first unilateral THA in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected and divided into a pathway group and a routine group according to their admission time. The path group implements structured CNP based on evidence-based construction, while the conventional group adopts traditional nursing mode. Results The average hospitalization time and total hospitalization cost of the pathway group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group, and the overall incidence of postoperative complications was lower. The Harris score and Barthel index were significantly higher after surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can effectively optimize the medical process of THA patients, reduce medical costs, minimize complications, and promote the recovery of joint function and daily living ability after surgery.
