Optimization of emergency patient treatment process and nursing management practice

摘要
目的 构建急诊患者救治流程优化体系,探讨其对救治效率、护理质量及患者满意度的提升效果。方法 选取2024年1月至2025年1月急诊收治的60例患者,随机分对照组(常规流程)与实验组(优化流程)各30例。对照组采用“接诊-分诊-处置”传统模式;实验组实施“预诊分流-多学科联动-信息化赋能”三维优化流程,同步强化护理管理。比较两组救治关键时间节点、护理不良事件发生率及患者满意度。结果 实验组平均救治时长(48.32±7.56)min短于对照组(72.15±9.23)min(t=11.254,P<0.001);护理不良事件发生率3.33%低于对照组23.33%(χ2=5.192,P =0.023);满意度96.67%高于对照组73.33%(χ2=6.405,P =0.011)。结论 优化流程可显著提升急诊救治效率与安全性,值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective To construct an optimized treatment process for emergency patients and explore its impact on treatment efficiency, nursing quality, and patient satisfaction. Methods A total of 60 emergency patients admitted from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (conventional process) and an experimental group (optimized process), with 30 patients in each group. The control group followed the traditional "reception-triage-disposal" model, while the experimental group implemented a "pre-diagnosis diversion-multidisciplinary collaboration-information empowerment" three-dimensional optimized process, with concurrent strengthening of nursing management. Key treatment time points, incidence of adverse nursing events, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The average treatment time for the experimental group was (48.32±7.56) minutes, which was shorter than the control group (72.15±9.23) minutes (t=11.254, P<0.001). The incidence of adverse nursing events was 3.33% in the experimental group, significantly lower than the 23.33% in the control group (χ2=5.192, P=0.023). The satisfaction rate in the experimental group was 96.67%, higher than the 73.33% in the control group (χ2=6.405, P=0.011). Conclusion The optimized process significantly improves emergency treatment efficiency and safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
