摘要

目的 将手术室护理用于腹腔镜下卵巢肿瘤剥除术患者中，对其应用效果进行探究。方法 选取2024年7月至2025年7月本院收治的88例腹腔镜下卵巢肿瘤剥除术患者，随机分组，对照组44例行常规护理，观察组44例行手术室护理，对两组护理结果进行比较。结果 两组手术时长、住院时间比较，观察组均短于对照组（P＜0.05），两组术中出血量比较，观察组均少于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预前，两组SAS、SDS评分比较，不具显著差异（P＞0.05），干预后，观察组各评分更低（P＜0.05）；干预前，两组SF-36评分比较，不具显著差异（P＞0.05），干预后，观察组SF-36评分更高（P＜0.05）；两组并发症发生率比较，观察组4.55%更低（P＜0.05）。结论 对腹腔镜下卵巢肿瘤剥除术患者来说，应用手术室护理可缩短手术耗时、减少术中出血，改善患者负面情绪，提高生活质量，减少术后并发症，缩短住院时间，具有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To apply operating room nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian tumor resection and explore its application effect.
Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent laparoscopic ovarian tumor resection in our hospital from July 2024 to July 2025 were selected and randomly grouped. 44 patients in the control group received routine care, and 44 patients in the observation group received operating room care. The nursing results of the two groups were compared.
Results The comparison of the operation duration and hospital stay between the two groups showed that the observation group had a shorter duration (P<0.05), and the comparison of intraoperative blood loss between the two groups showed that the observation group had less (P<0.05). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of each group in the observation group were lower (P<0.05). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the SF-36 scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher (P<0.05). The comparison of the incidence of complications between the two groups showed that 4.55% was lower in the observation group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian tumor resection, the application of operating room nursing can shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative bleeding, improve patients' negative emotions, enhance the quality of life, reduce postoperative complications, and shorten the hospital stay. It has high application value.
