门诊护理管理中人性化服务应用的现状和进展研究

摘要
门诊作为医院服务患者的首要窗口,其护理管理质量直接影响患者就医体验与医院品牌形象。人性化服务以患者为中心,契合现代医疗服务的核心需求,已成为门诊护理管理改革的重要方向。本文系统梳理门诊护理管理中人性化服务的核心内涵与应用价值,从服务流程优化、就医环境营造、护患沟通提升等维度分析其应用现状,总结当前实践中存在的理念认知不足、资源配置失衡、评价体系不完善等问题;同时,结合智能化技术融合、多学科协作模式创新等视角,探讨人性化服务的发展进展。最后,对未来门诊人性化护理服务的优化路径进行展望,旨在为提升门诊护理管理质量、推进医疗服务高质量发展提供参考依据。

Abstract
As the primary window for hospitals to serve patients, the quality of nursing management in outpatient clinics directly affects the patient's medical experience and the hospital's brand image. Humanized services centered on patients, in line with the core needs of modern medical services, have become an important direction for outpatient nursing management reform. This article systematically sorts out the core connotation and application value of humanized services in outpatient nursing management, analyzes its application status from the dimensions of service process optimization, medical environment creation, and improvement of nurse patient communication, and summarizes the problems of insufficient conceptual awareness, imbalanced resource allocation, and imperfect evaluation system in current practice; At the same time, combining the perspectives of intelligent technology integration and interdisciplinary collaboration mode innovation, explore the development progress of humanized services. Finally, the optimization path for future humanized nursing services in outpatient clinics is discussed, aiming to provide reference for improving the quality of outpatient nursing management and promoting the high-quality development of medical services.
