多学科协作模式下心肺康复在肝胆胰外科围手术期的应用策略

摘要

肝胆胰外科手术因解剖位置特殊、操作复杂，围手术期患者易出现肺部感染、呼吸功能不全等并发症，严重影响预后。心肺康复作为改善围手术期患者心肺功能、降低并发症发生率的关键手段，在多学科协作模式下可实现精准化、个体化干预。本文通过检索近年国内外相关文献，从肝胆胰外科围手术期心肺康复的临床需求、多学科协作团队构建、分阶段应用策略、实施效果及现存挑战等方面进行系统分析，旨在为临床护理实践提供参考，推动心肺康复在肝胆胰外科围手术期的规范化应用。

Abstract

Due to the special anatomical location and complex operation of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, perioperative patients are prone to complications such as pulmonary infection and respiratory insufficiency, which seriously affect the prognosis. Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, as a key approach to improving the cardiopulmonary function of perioperative patients and reducing the incidence of complications, can achieve precise and individualized intervention under the multidisciplinary collaboration model. This article conducts a systematic analysis of the clinical needs of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation during the perioperative period of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, the construction of multidisciplinary collaborative teams, phased application strategies, implementation effects, and existing challenges by searching relevant domestic and foreign literature in recent years. The aim is to provide references for clinical nursing practice and promote the standardized application of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation in the perioperative period of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery.
