摘要
目的 分析在骨科大手术后卧床患者采取个案追踪管理模式护理的效果，为该类患者的护理提供参考依据。方法 选取该院在2022年4月至2025年1月期间骨科收治且行大手术治疗后卧床患者150例，随机分为观察组（个案追踪管理模式护理）和对照组（常规护理）各75例，对比干预效果。结果 干预后，观察组自理能力各维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 个案追踪管理模式护理可有效加快骨科大手术后卧床患者的康复进度，改善自理能力，效果良好。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of case follow-up management model nursing in bedridden patients after major orthopedic surgery, and to provide a reference basis for the nursing of such patients. Methods A total of 150 bedridden patients who were admitted to the orthopedics department of the hospital from April 2022 to January 2025 and underwent major surgical treatment were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (case tracking management model nursing) and a control group (conventional nursing), with 75 cases in each group. The intervention effects were compared. Results After the intervention, the self-care ability scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The case follow-up management model of nursing can effectively accelerate the rehabilitation progress of bedridden patients after major orthopedic surgeries, improve their self-care ability, and the effect is good.
