The impact of joint health education and nutritional nursing interventions focused on problem-solving models on patients with osteoporotic fractures
聚焦解决模式的健康宣教联合营养护理干预对骨质疏松性骨折患者的影响

摘要

目的 分析聚焦解决模式的健康宣教联合营养护理干预对骨质疏松性骨折患者的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年12月期间，本院收治的80例骨折患者为研究对象，其中，经临床诊断为骨质疏松性骨折的患者为30例，采用随机数字表法将30例患者分为对照组（n=15例，常规护理）与观察组（n=15例，基于聚焦解决模式的健康宣教联合营养护理干预）。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的各项营养指标、骨折愈合效果、生活质量，均明显优于对照组患者，且观察组患者的疼痛程度明显低于对照组患者，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对骨质疏松性骨折患者实施基于聚焦解决模式的健康宣教联合营养护理干预，可有效缓解疼痛、促进骨折愈合、改善营养状态，并提升生活质量。

Abstract

Objective Analysis of the Impact of Health Education Combined with Nutritional Nursing Interventions Based on the Solution-Focused Model on Patients with Osteoporotic Fractures.
Methods A total of 80 fracture patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Among them, 30 patients were clinically diagnosed with osteoporotic fractures. Using a random number table method, these 30 patients were divided into a control group (n=15, receiving conventional nursing care) and an observation group (n=15, receiving health education based on the Solution-Focused Model combined with nutritional nursing intervention). The nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared.
Results The observation group showed significantly better nutritional indicators, fracture healing effects, and quality of life compared to the control group. Additionally, the pain levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with all differences being statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing health education combined with nutritional nursing interventions based on the solution-focused model for patients with osteoporotic fractures can effectively alleviate pain, promote fracture healing, improve nutritional status, and enhance quality of life.
