摘要
目的 探讨优质护理服务对提升疗养保障服务品质的应用。方法 选择我院于2024年6月-2025年6月期间内接收的疗养员80例,采用随机数字表法将80例疗养员分成对照组(40例,实施常规护理),和观察组(40例,在对照组护理基础上采用优质护理服务)。对两组疗养员的护理依从性、心理状态(焦虑、抑郁)评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度进行对比和评估。结果 在护理干预前,两组疗养员的心理状态评分和生活质量评分之间未呈现出显著差异(P>0.05)。而在接受护理干预之后,观察组的焦虑与抑郁评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在生活质量评分方面,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,观察组护理依从性以及护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在对疗养员实施优质护理服务取得明显的护理效果,可有效改善疗养员心理状态,提高其护理依从性和满意度及生活质量,提升疗养保障服务品质,有较高应用价值。

Abstract
Objective Exploring the application of high-quality nursing services to enhance the quality of recuperation guarantee services. Methods Select 80 convalescent patients received by our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025, and use a random number table method to divide the 80 patients into a control group (40 cases, receiving routine care) and an observation group (40 cases, receiving high-quality nursing services on the basis of the control group's nursing). Compare and evaluate the nursing compliance, psychological status (anxiety, depression) scores, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction of two groups of convalescent patients. Results Before nursing intervention, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the psychological state scores and quality of life scores between the two groups of convalescent patients. After receiving nursing intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); In terms of quality of life score, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). In addition, the observation group showed better nursing compliance and satisfaction than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing services for sanatoriums has achieved significant nursing effects, effectively improving their psychological state, enhancing their nursing compliance, satisfaction, and quality of life, and improving the quality of sanatorium guarantee services. It has high practical value.
