摘要
目的 分析心内科护生的教学方案,重点讨论情景模拟教学结合案例分析法的效果。方法 选取2023年01月至2025年01月本院实习的心内科护生80例,对照组为传统教学法,观察组为情景模拟教学结合案例分析法,对比两组教学效果。结果 观察组护生学习成绩提升,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组课堂氛围评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最后,观察组护生对教学方式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 情景模拟教学结合案例分析法的实施提高了心内科护生的学习兴趣,学生的学习成绩得到提升,课堂氛围活跃,护生对教学方式更认可,值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the teaching plan for cardiology nursing students, with a focus on discussing the effect of scenario simulation teaching combined with case analysis. Suggestion. Methods Eighty nursing students from the cardiology department who were doing internships in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the observation group adopted the scenario simulation teaching combined with case analysis method. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results The academic performance of the nursing students in the observation group improved and was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, the classroom atmosphere score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Finally, the satisfaction of the nursing students in the observation group with the teaching methods was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of scenario simulation teaching combined with case analysis has enhanced the learning interest of cardiology nursing students. Their academic performance has improved, the classroom atmosphere has become more lively, and the nursing students have a greater recognition of the teaching method. It is worthy of promotion.
