Analysis of the application effect of perioperative family care intervention in operating room nursing management
围手术期亲情护理干预在手术室护理管理中的运用效果分析

摘要

目的 探析围手术期亲情护理干预运用于手术室护理管理中的作用效果。方法 自2024年12月起，本院开始收集经手术治疗的病例资料，至2025年12月止共纳入128例，通过抽签法平均分组。参照组64例开展常规护理；研究组64例在常规护理的同时开展围手术期亲情护理干预。对比两组平均动脉压、心率、舒适度等情况。结果 研究组麻醉前平均动脉压、心率显著低于参照组（P<0.05）。研究组住院时间明显短于参照组（P<0.05）；舒适度、护理质量评分明显高于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 围手术期亲情护理干预运用于手术室护理管理中，有利于患者血压、心率保持稳定，使患者舒适度明显提高，明显缩短了住院时间，整体护理质量较高，应积极推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative family care intervention applied in operating room nursing management.
Methods Starting from December 2024, our hospital began collecting data on cases that underwent surgical treatment. By December 2025, a total of 128 cases were included and evenly divided into groups using the drawing method. 64 cases in the reference group received routine nursing care; 64 cases in the research group received perioperative family care intervention while receiving routine nursing care. Compare the average arterial pressure, heart rate, comfort level, and other factors between two groups.
Results The average arterial pressure and heart rate before anesthesia in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the research group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group (P<0.05); The comfort and nursing quality scores were significantly higher than those of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of perioperative family care intervention in operating room nursing management is beneficial for maintaining stable blood pressure and heart rate in patients, significantly improving patient comfort, shortening hospitalization time, and improving overall nursing quality. It should be actively promoted.
