Study on the application value of targeted nursing in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation
针对性护理在腰间盘突出治疗中的应用价值研究

摘要

目的 研究针对性护理在腰间盘突出患者治疗中的应用价值，为老年腰间盘突出患者护理方案优化提供参考。方法 选取2024年5月至2025年5月本院骨科80例腰间盘突出患者，随机分对照组和实验组各40例。对照组行常规护理，实验组实施针对性护理干预，比较两组疼痛程度（VAS评分）、腰椎功能（JOA评分）、生活质量（SF - 36评分）及护理满意度。结果 干预4周后，实验组VAS评分（2.13±0.65）分低于对照组（4.87±0.92）分，JOA评分（24.56±3.12）分、SF - 36评分（82.34±6.57）分高于对照组（18.23±2.87）分、（65.78±5.92）分，且实验组护理满意度95.00%（38/40）高于对照组75.00%（30/40），差异均有统计学意义。结论 针对性护理可缓解患者疼痛，改善腰椎功能，提升生活质量及护理满意度，有较高临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application value of targeted nursing in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH) patients, providing a reference for optimizing nursing care plans for elderly LDH patients.
Methods A total of 80 LDH patients from the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group underwent targeted nursing intervention. The pain levels (VAS scores), lumbar function (JOA scores), quality of life (SF-36 scores), and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the VAS scores (2.13±0.65) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (4.87±0.92). The JOA scores (24.56±3.12) and SF-36 scores (82.34±6.57) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (18.23±2.87) and (65.78±5.92), respectively. Additionally, the nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group (95.00%,38/40) was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00%,30/40), with statistically significant differences.
Conclusion   Targeted nursing can alleviate patient pain, improve lumbar function, enhance quality of life, and increase nursing satisfaction, demonstrating high clinical application value.
