The application of quality control circle activities in the continuous improvement of nursing quality for ostomy patients
品管圈活动在造口患者护理质量持续改进中的运用

摘要

目的 本文研究针对造口患者护理工作中开展品管圈活动的效果。方法 将我院2025年1月至12月期间收治的84例造口患者作为研究对象，分为常规组与研究组，各组42例，其中1月至6月患者为常规组，给予常规护理；7月至12月患者为研究组，开展品管圈活动，探究品管圈活动开展效果，是否提升造口护理质量。结果 开展品管圈活动后，有效降低护理缺陷率，且圈员综合能力有很大提升，有效提升造口患者生活质量，各项数据比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床护理工作中，开展品管圈活动可有效提升造口患者护理效果与质量，并提升圈员解决问题能力，且患者生活质量全面提升，临床可全面推广。

Abstract

Objective This article studies the effect of continuous improvement of quality control circle activities in the nursing work of ostomy patients.
Methods 84 patients with stoma admitted to our hospital from January to December 2025 were divided into a control group and a study group, with 42 patients in each group. Patients from January to June were in the control group and received routine care; From July to December, patients were selected as the research group to conduct quality control circle activities and explore the effectiveness of these activities in improving the quality of stoma care.
Results After improving the quality control circle activity, the nursing defect rate was effectively reduced, and the comprehensive ability of circle members was greatly improved, effectively improving the quality of life of stoma patients. There were significant differences in various data comparisons (P＜0.05), has statistical significance.
Conclusion   In clinical nursing work, continuous improvement of quality control circle activities can effectively enhance the nursing effectiveness and quality of stoma patients, improve the problem-solving ability of circle members, and comprehensively improve the quality of life of patients, which can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
