Observation on the effect of auricular point pressing combined with emotional nursing in alleviating nausea and vomiting in patients with vertigo syndrome
耳穴压豆联合情志护理对眩晕综合征患者恶心呕吐缓解效果观察

摘要

目的 本研究旨在评价耳穴压豆联合系统性情志护理对缓解眩晕综合征患者恶心、呕吐症状的效果。方法 将120例患者随机分为对照组与观察组，每组60例。对照组接受常规护理与药物治疗，观察组在此基础上加用耳穴压豆（取神门、交感、胃等穴）及情志护理。结果 观察组在恶心呕吐症状评分、发作频率及眩晕障碍量表（DHI）评分上的改善均显著优于对照组，临床总有效率与护理满意度更高。结论 该联合干预能有效缓解症状，减轻眩晕相关功能障碍，提升疗效与就医体验，具备临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective This study aimed to evaluate the effect of auricular point pressing with beans combined with systematic emotional nursing on alleviating nausea and vomiting in patients with vertigo syndrome.
Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and drug therapy, while the observation group received additional auricular point pressing (selecting points such as Shenmen, Sympathetic, Stomach) and emotional nursing.
Results The improvement in nausea and vomiting symptom scores, frequency of episodes, and Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI) scores in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group. The total clinical effectiveness rate and nursing satisfaction were also higher.
Conclusion   This combined intervention can effectively relieve symptoms, reduce vertigo-related functional impairment, improve clinical efficacy and patient experience, and possesses clinical promotion value.
