摘要
目的 探讨心理疏导结合舒适体位护理干预对老年患者肌肉注射疼痛程度的影响，为优化老年患者肌肉注射护理方案提供依据。方法 选取我院2024年1月至2025年1月接收的106例老年肌肉注射患者作为研究对象，年龄50-80岁。将患者随机分为两组，观察组采用心理疏导结合舒适体位护理干预，对照组实施常规护理，通过视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估患者肌肉注射时的疼痛程度，记录并分析干预后的疼痛评分情况。结果 组间对比显示，106例患者的肌肉注射疼痛程度较常规护理下显著降低，VAS 评分平均值明显下降（P<0.05），且多数患者对护理干预的满意度较高。结论 心理疏导结合舒适体位护理干预可有效减轻老年患者肌肉注射时的疼痛程度，提升患者就医体验，值得在临床老年患者肌肉注射护理中推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological counseling combined with comfortable position nursing intervention on the pain degree of elderly patients undergoing intramuscular injection, and to provide a basis for optimizing the nursing scheme of intramuscular injection for elderly patients. Methods A total of 106 elderly patients who received intramuscular injection in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects, aged 50 to 80 years old. Patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group received nursing intervention of psychological counseling combined with comfortable position care, while the control group was given routine nursing. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was adopted to evaluate the pain degree of patients during intramuscular injection, and the pain scores of the two groups after intervention were recorded and compared for analysis. Results Comparison between groups showed that, the degree of intramuscular injection pain in 106 patients was significantly reduced compared with that under routine nursing, the average VAS score decreased obviously (P<0.05), and most patients had a high degree of satisfaction with the nursing intervention. Conclusion Psychological counseling combined with comfortable position nursing intervention can effectively reduce the pain degree of elderly patients during intramuscular injection, improve patients' medical experience, and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical intramuscular injection nursing for elderly patients.
