Observation on the application effect of comprehensive thermal insulation measures in operating room nursing for cesarean section parturients
全方位保温措施对剖宫产产妇手术室护理中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 观察分析对剖宫产产妇实施全方位保温的手术室护理措施获得的干预效果。方法 研究以78例剖宫产产妇为研究对象，均于2025年1月-2025年6月接受手术。采取随机数表法对研究对象进行分组，一组39例。分别在对照组手术室护理中采取常规护理，观察组则实施全方位保温措施，以对比两组产妇的手术相关指标、寒战发生情况等，评估护理应用效果。结果 术中出血量两组比较，观察组更少，P＜0.05。观察组术后肛门排气时间较对照组短，P＜0.05；手术用时比较无差异（P＞0.05）。两组麻醉后、术中、胎儿娩出后和术后体温比较有差异，观察组较对照组高，P＜0.05。观察组中共4例发生并发症，并发症发生率为10.26%，低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组相比对照组的护理满意度更高，P＜0.05。结论 在剖宫产手术室护理中，对产妇进行全方位的保温护理措施，有助于保持其体温稳定，减少产妇出血量，缩短术后恢复时间，有效预防和降低并发症发生风险，改善护患关系，可在剖宫产手术护理中进行推广。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the intervention effects of comprehensive thermal insulation measures in operating room nursing for cesarean section parturients.
Methods A total of 78 cesarean section parturients were enrolled as study subjects, all undergoing surgery from January 2025 to June 2025. The subjects were randomly divided into groups using a random number table, with one group consisting of 39 cases. The control group received routine operating room nursing, while the observation group implemented comprehensive thermal insulation measures. The surgical-related indicators and incidence of chills were compared between the two groups to evaluate the nursing application effects.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group exhibited significantly lower intraoperative blood loss (P<0.05). The postoperative time to first anal flatus in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05), while the duration of surgery showed no significant difference (P>0.05). There were differences in body temperature between the two groups at post-anesthesia, intraoperative, post-fetal delivery, and postoperative stages, with the observation group showing higher temperatures than the control group (P<0.05). Four complications occurred in the observation group, with a complication rate of 10.26%, which was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The observation group also demonstrated higher nursing satisfaction compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the operating room nursing for cesarean section, comprehensive thermal insulation measures for parturients help maintain stable body temperature, reduce blood loss, shorten postoperative recovery time, effectively prevent and lower the risk of complications, and improve nurse-patient relationships. These measures can be promoted in the nursing care of cesarean section surgeries.
