摘要
目的 分析在缺血性脑病护理干预中应用全程健康教育模式的医学价值。方法 将2022年11月至2023年12月期间收治的60例缺血性脑病患者作为研究对象,以区组随机法分为对照组(30例)行常规护理,和观察组(30例)增加全程健康教育模式护理。对比健康教育成果以及应对方式评分。结果 护理后,观察组MUIS疾病不确定感显著低于对照组,Champion健康信念评分显著高于对照组;观察组MCMQ应对方式评分显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 全程健康教育模式可提高缺血性脑病患者的疾病感知和健康意识,引导患者正确面对疾病和治疗的同时增加其自护意识和自护行为,利于患者配合医护人员管理疾病的同时提高护理管理质量,让患者近期远期均受益。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medical value of applying the whole process health education model in the nursing intervention of ischemic encephalopathy. Methods From November 2022 to December 2023, 60 patients with ischemic stroke who were admitted to the hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into a control group (30 cases) and an observation group (30 cases) using a block randomization method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received additional whole-process health education model care. The health education outcomes and the coping style scores were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention, the MUIS score of disease uncertainty in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the Champion's Health Belief Scale score was significantly higher than that in the control group. The MCMQ coping style score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The whole-course health education mode can improve the disease perception and health consciousness of patients with ischemic brain disease, guide patients to face the disease correctly, and increase their self-care consciousness and self-care behavior, which is beneficial to patients to cooperate with medical staff to manage the disease while improving the quality of nursing management so that patients can benefit.
