Evaluation of the effect of rehabilitation integrated nursing model in patients with lower limb burn skin transplantation
康复一体化护理模式在双下肢烧伤植皮患者中的效果评估

摘要

目的 评估康复一体化护理模式在双下肢烧伤植皮患者中的应用效果，以此为临床优化烧伤患者护理方案提供参考。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年1月我院收治的48例双下肢烧伤植皮患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组，每组各24例。对照组实施烧伤植皮常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上实施康复一体化护理模式。比较两组患者的创面愈合时间、肢体功能恢复情况、并发症发生率及护理满意度指标。结果 干预组患者创面愈合时间短于对照组，肢体功能恢复优良率高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论 康复一体化护理模式可有效缩短双下肢烧伤植皮患者的创面愈合时间，促进肢体功能恢复，降低并发症发生率，提升护理满意度，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application effect of the integrated rehabilitation nursing model in patients with lower limb burns undergoing skin grafting, and to provide reference for optimizing nursing plans for burn patients in clinical practice.
Methods 48 patients with lower limb burns and skin grafts admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group using a random number table method, with 24 cases in each group. The control group received routine care for burn skin grafting, while the intervention group received integrated rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine care. Compare the wound healing time, limb function recovery, incidence of complications, and nursing satisfaction indicators between two groups of patients.
Results The wound healing time of the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group, the rate of excellent limb function recovery was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (all P<0.05).
Conclusion   The integrated rehabilitation nursing model can effectively shorten the wound healing time of patients with lower limb burns and skin grafts, promote limb function recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and has high clinical application value.
