Analysis of nursing status and progress in conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation
腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗的护理现状与进展分析

摘要

腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）是一种骨科临床较为多见的疾病，该病的发病机制主要为腰椎间盘退变引发纤维环破裂，髓核突出压迫神经根或脊髓，以至于腰背部疼痛、下肢放射痛及神经功能障碍等症状，对患者生活质量产生不小影响。本文对LDH的保守治疗中的基础护理、疼痛管理、康复训练、心理护理等护理现状进行分析，且探讨中西医结合护理、智能化护理及延续性护理等新兴护理的应用进展，以为优化LDH保守治疗护理方案、提高患者康复效果提供有利参考。

Abstract

Lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is a common clinical disease in orthopedics. The pathogenesis of this disease is mainly caused by lumbar disc degeneration leading to fibrous ring rupture, nucleus pulposus protrusion compressing nerve roots or spinal cord, resulting in symptoms such as lower back pain, lower limb radiation pain, and neurological dysfunction, which have a significant impact on the quality of life of patients. This article analyzes the current status of basic nursing, pain management, rehabilitation training, psychological nursing, and other nursing in the conservative treatment of LDH, and explores the application progress of emerging nursing such as integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing, intelligent nursing, and continuity nursing, in order to provide favorable references for optimizing the conservative treatment nursing plan of LDH and improving the rehabilitation effect of patients.
