摘要
腰椎间盘突出症是骨科常见脊柱退行性疾病，椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术联合射频消融术因微创、疗效确切等优势成为主流术式。围手术期护理作为保障疗效、促进康复的关键环节近年进展显著。本文系统梳理该术式围手术期护理相关研究，从术前、术中、术后三个核心维度阐述护理要点与进展，分析现存问题并展望未来方向，为临床护理实践提供参考，以优化护理方案、提升患者康复效果。

Abstract
Lumbar disc herniation is a common degenerative disease of the spine in orthopedics. The combination of endoscopic nucleus pulposus removal and radiofrequency ablation has become the mainstream surgical method due to its advantages of minimally invasive and precise efficacy. Perioperative nursing has made significant progress in recent years as a key link to ensure efficacy and promote rehabilitation. This article systematically reviews the relevant research on perioperative nursing of this surgical procedure, elaborating on the nursing points and progress from three core dimensions: preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative. It analyzes existing problems and looks forward to future directions, providing reference for clinical nursing practice to optimize nursing plans and improve patient rehabilitation outcomes.
