The application and effect observation of refined pain care in the perioperative period of gynecological open surgery patients
精细化疼痛护理在妇科开腹手术患者围术期的应用及效果观察

摘要

目的 探究妇科开腹手术病人围术期用精细化疼痛护理的作用。方法 运用数字随机表法，均分本院妇科2024年1月-2025年1月收治且有开腹手术指征的病人（N=66）。试验组采取精细化疼痛护理，对照组行常规护理。对比NRS评分等指标。结果 关于NRS评分：试验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组96.97%，对照组81.82%，P＜0.05。HAMD和HAMA评分：干预后：试验组（7.62±1.05）分、（6.85±1.03）分，对照组（11.46±1.78）分、（10.63±1.58）分，P＜0.05。结论 妇科开腹手术病人围术期用精细化疼痛护理，其疼痛缓解、满意度提升及心态改善的效果均十分显著。

Abstract

Objective To explore the role of refined pain care in patients undergoing gynecological open surgery during the perioperative period.
Methods By using the digital random table method, patients admitted to the gynecology department of our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 and having indications for open abdominal surgery (N=66) were evenly divided. The experimental group received refined pain care, while the control group received routine care. Compare indicators such as the NRS score.
Results Regarding the NRS score: The experimental group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Satisfaction rate: 96.97% in the experimental group and 81.82% in the control group, P < 0.05. HAMD and HAMA scores: After intervention: Experimental group (7.62±1.05) points, (6.85±1.03) points; control group (11.46±1.78) points, (10.63±1.58) points, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   For patients undergoing gynecological open abdominal surgery during the perioperative period, the effects of refined pain care in terms of pain relief, satisfaction improvement and mindset enhancement are all very significant.
