摘要
帕金森病是一种神经系统退行性疾病，主要损害运动功能，并随病程进展累及多系统。现阶段临床医学研究尚未对此病完全攻克，患者尚无法治愈，只能接受药物治疗以缓解病情与痛苦。吞咽障碍是其常见且严重的非运动症状，主要由咽喉部肌肉运动迟缓、协调性下降及吞咽反射迟钝引起，导致食团传递受阻。该症状易引发误吸、吸入性肺炎、营养不良等并发症，严重降低患者生活质量与生存率。为此需要及时治疗并开展康复管理。本文将对帕金森吞咽障碍中康复护理的研究新进展进行综述，以期为临床实践提供参考。

Abstract
Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disease that mainly damages motor function and affects multiple systems as the disease progresses. At present, clinical medical research has not completely overcome this disease, and patients cannot be cured. They can only receive drug treatment to alleviate their condition and pain. Dysphagia is a common and severe non-motor symptom, mainly caused by delayed muscle movement, decreased coordination, and delayed swallowing reflex in the throat, resulting in obstruction of food mass transmission. This symptom can easily lead to complications such as aspiration, aspiration pneumonia, malnutrition, etc., seriously reducing the quality of life and survival rate of patients. Timely treatment and rehabilitation management are necessary for this. This article will review the new progress in rehabilitation nursing for Parkinson's swallowing disorders, in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
