Application research of an improved surgical tray bracket in the management of electrosurgical equipment for oral and maxillofacial surgery
一种改良型手术托盘支架在口腔颌面外科手术电外科设备管理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析在口腔颌面外科手术电外科设备管理中应用改良型手术托盘支架的价值。方法 选择2023年1月-2023年12月内就诊的30例复杂的口腔颌面外科手术患者，对其均实施术中改良支架的使用，记录30例患者的安全性指标以及医护人员对改良效果的满意度。结果 所有患者中单台手术中电外科设备意外滑落或掉落的次数为0，且单台手术中设备功能开关被意外触发的次数为0，无菌合规性100%，术中获得性压力性损伤发生率0，医护人员满意度为100%。结论 在口腔颌面外科手术电外科设备管理中应用改良型手术托盘支架可以便捷手术以及提高手术的安全性，让患者以及医护人员均受益。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of using an improved surgical tray bracket in the management of electrosurgical equipment in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Methods Thirty patients who underwent complex oral and maxillofacial surgery between January 2023 and December 2023 were selected and treated with intraoperative modified stents. The safety indicators of the 30 patients and the satisfaction of medical staff with the improvement effect were recorded;
Results Among all patients, the number of times the electrosurgical equipment accidentally slipped or fell off during a single surgery was 0, and the number of times the equipment function switch was accidentally triggered during a single surgery was 0. The sterile compliance was 100%, the incidence of intraoperative pressure injury was 0, and the satisfaction rate of medical staff was 100%.
Conclusion   The application of improved surgical tray supports in the management of electrosurgical equipment in oral and maxillofacial surgery can facilitate surgery and improve surgical safety, benefiting both patients and medical staff.
