Clinical application effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with schizophrenia complicated with hypertension
精神分裂症伴高血压患者实施综合护理的临床应用效果

摘要

目的 浅析精神分裂症伴高血压患者采用综合护理进行治疗期指导，为患者健康生活提供建议。方法 选取2025年1月至2025年6月本院接受治疗的精神分裂症伴高血压患者80例，依据数字随机将患者分成两组，单数患者组成对照组，实施常规护理，偶数患者组成观察组，实施综合护理。对比护理效果。结果 观察组患者血压指标低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对精神分裂症伴高血压患者实施综合护理的效果显著，有助于改善血压问题，提高整体精神状态，具有较好的生活水准，干预效果确切。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with schizophrenia complicated with hypertension during the treatment period, and to provide suggestions for patients' healthy life.
Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia complicated with hypertension who were treated in our hospital from January 2025 to June 2025 were selected. The odd and even visit numbers were used to divide the patients into two groups. The odd-numbered patients formed the control group and received routine care, while the even-numbered patients formed the observation group and received comprehensive care. The nursing effects were compared.
Results The blood pressure indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05); in addition, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with schizophrenia complicated with hypertension is remarkable, which is helpful to improve the blood pressure problem, improve the overall mental state, and has a good living standard. The intervention effect is definite.
