动态血糖监测指导下的个体化胰岛素治疗对血糖控制的影响

摘要

目的 探究分析动态血糖监测指导下的个体化胰岛素治疗对血糖控制的影响。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间，院内糖尿病患者共60例，作为此次研究对象。通过随机数表法，将60例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规胰岛素治疗，观察组采用动态血糖监测指导下的个体化胰岛素治疗。对比两组血糖水平及血糖控制相关指标。结果 治疗前两组空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖对比，P＞0.05。干预后观察组空腹血糖，餐后2h血糖，胰岛素使用剂量，血糖达标天数以及平均血糖漂移幅度均低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 动态血糖监测指导下的个体化胰岛素治疗可更为显著地改善患者血糖水平及血糖控制相关指标，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the impact of personalized insulin therapy guided by dynamic blood glucose monitoring on blood glucose control.
Methods From January 2024 to December 2024, 60 patients with diabetes in the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. 60 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method. The control group received conventional insulin therapy, while the observation group received personalized insulin therapy guided by dynamic blood glucose monitoring. Compare the blood glucose levels and blood glucose control related indicators between two groups.
Results Comparison of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose between the two groups before treatment, P＞0.05. After intervention, the observation group had lower fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, insulin dosage, days of blood glucose compliance, and average blood glucose drift compared to the control group, P＜0.05.
Conclusion   Individualized insulin therapy guided by dynamic blood glucose monitoring can significantly improve patients' blood glucose levels and blood glucose control related indicators, and is worthy of promotion and application.
