舒适护理用于腹腔镜下疝气手术的临床疗效

摘要

目的 分析腹腔镜下疝气手术患者采用舒适护理进行康复指导的效果。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月本院接受治疗的腹腔镜下疝气手术患者80例，依据就诊号的奇偶性将患者分成两组，单数患者组成对照组，实施常规护理，双数患者组成观察组，实施舒适护理。对比护理效果。结果 观察组患者并发症率低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者舒适度评分高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对腹腔镜下疝气手术患者实施舒适护理的效果显著，有助于降低并发症率，干预效果确切。

Abstract

Objective To briefly analyze the effect of comfortable nursing for rehabilitation guidance in patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia surgery.
Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic hernia surgery in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected. The odd-even number of visit numbers was the basis for the patients to be divided into two groups. Odd-numbered patients formed the control group and received routine care, while even-numbered patients formed the observation group and received comfortable care. Compare the nursing effects.
Results The complication rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). In addition, the comfort score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of comfortable care for patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia surgery has a significant effect, which helps to reduce the complication rate and the intervention effect is definite.
