伤口湿性愈合理论在门诊换药护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探究伤口湿性愈合理论在门诊换药护理中的应用价值。方法 选取2025年1月至2025年12月本院门诊60例伤口换药患者为观察对象。随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组（30例）给予传统干性护理干预，观察组（30例）给予伤口湿性护理干预。对比两组患者临床相关指标（间隔换药时间、伤口愈合时间、疼痛情况、换药次数）与护理满意度。结果 观察组患者相关临床指标与护理满意度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对于需换药的伤口患者，伤口湿性愈合理论具有更高的实用价值。该方法可有效减少患者换药次数、减轻换药疼痛程度、加速伤口愈合，且患者对这类换药护理服务的满意度更高。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of the theory of moist wound healing in outpatient dressing change nursing.
Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing wound dressing changes in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected as the observation subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group (30 cases) received traditional dry nursing intervention, while the observation group (30 cases) received moist wound nursing intervention. The clinical-related indicators (interval between dressing changes, wound healing time, pain level, and frequency of dressing changes) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group showed superior clinical indicators and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients requiring wound dressing changes, the theory of moist wound healing demonstrates higher practical value. This method can effectively reduce the frequency of dressing changes, alleviate the pain associated with dressing changes, accelerate wound healing, and improve patient satisfaction with such dressing change nursing services.
