Research on smart home design for the elderly living in smart communities under the background of aging and free trade port——A case study of Haikou city, Hainan province

摘要
目的 以海口市智慧社区居家老人为研究对象，探索适配当地地域特色与老人需求的智能家居设计路径，为智慧社区适老化改造提供实践依据。方法 采用问卷调查与半结构化访谈相结合的方法，对200名老人的需求及使用现状进行调研，并结合智能技术提出优化方案。结果 老人对智能家居的知晓率为68.5%、满意度为42.3%，核心需求集中在安全防护领域，现有产品存在适配性不足等问题。结论 结合海口市地域特色与老人需求，整合适配性智能技术开发产品，可助力推动当地智慧社区适老化建设。

Abstract
Objective To explore a smart home design approach that adapts to the local characteristics and needs of elderly people living in smart communities in Haikou City, providing practical evidence for the age-friendly renovation of smart communities. Methods A questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews were used to investigate the needs and current usage of smart home technology among 200 elderly people, and optimization solutions were proposed based on smart technology. Results The awareness rate of smart home technology among the elderly was 68.5%, and the satisfaction rate was 42.3%. The core needs were concentrated in the field of security and protection, and existing products had problems such as insufficient compatibility. Conclusion Combining the local characteristics of Haikou City with the needs of the elderly, and developing products that integrate compatible smart technologies can help promote the age-friendly construction of local smart communities.
