Clinical effectiveness of continuing care intervention combined with postoperative rehabilitation training in patients undergoing rotator cuff repair surgery
延续护理干预结合术后康复训练在肩袖损伤修补术患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 观察延续护理联合术后康复训练在肩袖损伤修补术（Repair of rotator cuff injury, RCR）患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年12月我院收治的80例RCR患者，按干预方式不同分为两组：对照组（40例）接受常规护理，联合组（40例）接受延续护理联合术后康复训练。对比两组临床效果。结果 联合组并发症发生率（5.00%）低于对照组（20.00%），上肢功能恢复情况优于对照组，肩关节功能评分及生活质量评分（GQOL-74）均高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 延续护理联合术后康复训练可有效降低RCR患者术后并发症发生率，促进肩关节功能恢复，并提升其生活质量，具备临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of continuity of care combined with postoperative rehabilitation training in patients undergoing repair of rotator cuff injury (RCR).
Methods A total of 80 RCR patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different intervention methods: the control group (40 cases) received routine care, while the combined group (40 cases) received continuity of care combined with postoperative rehabilitation training. Clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups.
Results The complication rate in the combined group (5.00%) was lower than that in the control group (20.00%). The combined group showed better recovery of upper limb function, higher shoulder joint function scores, and higher quality of life scores (GQOL-74) compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Continuity of care combined with postoperative rehabilitation training can effectively reduce postoperative complications, promote shoulder joint function recovery, and improve the quality of life in RCR patients, demonstrating clinical value.
