Nursing intervention strategies and effectiveness evaluation of negative emotions in emergency hemodialysis patients
急诊血透患者负性情绪的护理干预策略及效果评价

摘要

目的 分析急诊血液透析患者常见负性情绪的综合性护理干预策略，并对其临床效果进行系统评价。方法 选取我院2024年6月至2025年6月期间收治并首次行血液透析治疗的终末期肾病患者63例为干预组，2023年5月至2024年5月的同类型患者63例为对照组。对照组接受急诊血透常规护理，干预组在此基础上实施心理护理干预。结果 干预4周后，干预组SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于对照组，治疗依从性良好率更高，透析间期体质量增长值明显更低（P<0.05）。结论 综合性护理干预，能有效缓解急诊血透患者的焦虑与抑郁情绪，提升治疗合作度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the comprehensive nursing intervention strategies for common negative emotions in emergency hemodialysis patients and systematically evaluate their clinical effects.
Methods 63 end-stage renal disease patients who underwent hemodialysis treatment for the first time in our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected as the intervention group, and 63 patients of the same type from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the control group. The control group received routine emergency hemodialysis care, while the intervention group received psychological nursing intervention on this basis.
Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the SAS score and SDS score of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the good treatment compliance rate was higher. The growth value of body mass during dialysis was significantly lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression in emergency hemodialysis patients, and improve patient cooperation with treatment.
