The application effect of modular nursing plan in the care of chronic prostatitis and its impact on patients' self-efficacy
模块式护理计划在慢性前列腺炎护理中的应用效果及对患者自我效能的影响

摘要

目的 分析模块式护理计划在慢性前列腺炎护理中的应用效果，探讨对患者自我效能产生影响。方法 实验时间为1年，选取2024年11月至2025年11月期间，将该期间接受治疗的慢性前列腺炎患者80例作为观察对象，依据治疗时间先后顺序将所有患者按1-80编号，前40例实施常规护理（对照组），后40例采纳模块式护理计划（观察组），分析对比结果差异表现。结果 统计结果显示，与对照组相较，观察组患者自我效能评分（GSES）、勃起功能障碍（IIEF-5）、慢性前列腺炎症状评分（NIH-CPSI）、心理健康状况评分（HAMA、HAMD）以及生活质量评分（QLQ-C30）均优，两组数据对比P＜0.05。结论 慢性前列腺炎患者治疗期间配合模块式护理计划有利于提高护理质量，优化患者自我效能，改善心理健康状况，提高整体康复效果，对生活质量的恢复显示积极促进作用，值得作为可靠护理方案推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of modular nursing plan in the care of chronic prostatitis and explore its impact on patients' self-efficacy.
Methods The experimental period was 1 year, starting from November 2024 to November 2025. A total of 80 patients with chronic prostatitis who received treatment during this period were selected as observation subjects. According to the sequence of treatment, all patients were numbered from 1 to 80. The first 40 patients received conventional nursing (control group), while the latter 40 patients adopted the modular nursing plan (observation group). The differences in outcomes were analyzed and compared.
Results Statistical results showed that compared with the control group, the observation group exhibited significantly improved scores in self-efficacy (GSES), erectile dysfunction (IIEF-5), chronic prostatitis symptom score (NIH-CPSI), mental health status (HAMA, HAMD), and quality of life (QLQ-C30). The P-value for the comparison between the two groups was <0.05.
Conclusion   The implementation of the modular nursing plan during the treatment of chronic prostatitis patients is beneficial for improving nursing quality, optimizing patients' self-efficacy, enhancing mental health status, and promoting overall recovery. It demonstrates a positive role in restoring quality of life and is worthy of being promoted as a reliable nursing protocol.
