The impact of risk management models on improving the quality of continuous bedside blood purification care
风险管理模式在改善床旁连续性血液净化护理质量中的影响

摘要

目的 探讨风险管理模式在床旁连续性血液净化（CRRT）护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2024年1月至2024年9月收治的80例床旁CRRT患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=40）和试验组（n=40），对照组采用常规护理干预，试验组在此基础上采用风险管理模式，针对两组患者的护理效果、不良事件发生率进行比较。结果 试验组的护理效果优于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组的不良事件发生率为7.50%，低于对照组的27.50%（P＜0.05）。结论 风险管理模式有利于提升床旁CRRT患者的护理质量，减少导管脱落、感染、穿刺点渗血等不良事件的发生，临床应用意义显著。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of risk management mode in bedside continuous blood purification (CRRT) nursing.
Methods 80 bedside CRRT patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to September 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group (n=40) and an experimental group (n=40). The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received risk management mode on this basis. The nursing effects and incidence of adverse events of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The nursing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 7.50%, which was lower than the 27.50% in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The risk management model is beneficial for improving the nursing quality of bedside CRRT patients, reducing the occurrence of adverse events such as catheter dislodgement, infection, and puncture site bleeding, and has significant clinical application significance.
