Application of early warning combined with standardized emergency procedure in the treatment of patients with ventricular fibrillation
早期预警联合标准化急救流程在心室颤动患者救治中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨早期预警联合标准化急救流程在心室颤动患者救治中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年12月至2025年11月在海军军医大学第二附属医院治疗的心室颤动患者72例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施早期预警联合标准化急救流程干预。比较两组患者干预效果。结果 观察组识别-按压时间和识别-除颤时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.001）。观察组心肺复苏成功率（69.44%）和出院存活率（52.78%）均显著高于对照组（41.67%、27.78%）（P<0.05）。结论 早期预警联合标准化急救流程能显著缩短心室颤动患者的急救反应时间，提高心肺复苏成功率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of early warning combined with standardized emergency procedure in the treatment of patients with ventricular fibrillation.
Methods A total of 72 patients with ventricular fibrillation treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from December 2024 to November 2025 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received early warning combined with standardized emergency procedure intervention. The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.
Results The recognition-to-compression time and recognition-to-defibrillation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.001). The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (69.44%) and discharge survival rate (52.78%) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (41.67%, 27.78%) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Early warning combined with standardized emergency procedure can significantly shorten the emergency response time of patients with ventricular fibrillation and improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
