Observation of the effect of fine-grained capacity management nursing in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure
精细化容量管理护理在慢性心力衰竭急性发作患者中的效果观察

摘要

目的 观察精细化容量管理护理在慢性心力衰竭急性发作患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2023年1月-2024年12月收治的60例慢性心力衰竭急性发作患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施精细化容量管理护理，持续干预2周，比较两组护理效果。结果 护理前两组患者心功能指标对比无意义（P＞0.05），护理后观察组更优，对比（P＜0.05），观察组各项容量负荷相关指标更优，对比（P＜0.05）。结论 精细化容量管理护理可有效改善慢性心力衰竭急性发作患者的心功能，减轻容量负荷，具有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe the application effect of refined volume management nursing in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure.
Methods Sixty patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received refined capacity management nursing care and continued intervention for 2 weeks. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results There was no significant difference in cardiac function indicators between the two groups of patients before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group showed better results (P<0.05), and the observation group showed better results in various volume load related indicators (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Fine grained volume management nursing can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure, reduce volume load, and has important clinical application value.
