摘要
目的 在妇科护理临床带教中运用PBL教学法联合情景模拟教学法,评价其价值体系。方法 随机性选取2025年1月-2026年1月本院妇科实习护生42名,随机性开展分组,对照组与观察组,各自21名;对照组引入常规妇科带教,观察组引入PBL教学法联合情景模拟教学法。结果 观察组的理论知识、临床实操考核成绩均领先对照组(P<0.05)。观察组综合能力优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在妇科护理临床带教中运用PBL教学法联合情景模拟教学法,可以提高理论知识、临床实操考核成绩,提升临床综合能力。

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value system of applying PBL teaching method combined with situational simulation teaching in clinical teaching of gynecological nursing. Methods A total of 42 gynecological nursing interns from January 2025 to January 2026 were randomly selected and divided into two groups: control group and observation group, with 21 students in each group. The control group received conventional gynecological teaching, while the observation group received PBL teaching method combined with situational simulation teaching. Results The observation group showed superior performance in theoretical knowledge and clinical practical assessment scores compared to the control group (P<0.05). The observation group also demonstrated a higher rate of excellent comprehensive abilities (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method combined with situational simulation teaching in clinical teaching of gynecological nursing can improve theoretical knowledge, clinical practical assessment scores, and enhance comprehensive clinical abilities.
