摘要
目的 研究小儿乳蛾护理中采取耳尖放血联合耳穴压豆时的影响。方法 2024年1月-2025年1月，选择60例于我院收治的小儿乳蛾患者，随机分为两组，分别采取耳尖放血联合耳穴压豆和常规护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组家属满意率高于对照组，数据有差异（P＜0.05）。观察组恢复时间低于对照组，数据有差异（P＜0.05）。观察组疼痛度低于对照组，数据有差异（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿乳蛾患者采取耳尖放血联合耳穴压豆时，家属满意度高，也能降低疼痛度，缩短康复时间。

Abstract
Objective To study the influence of auricular point bloodletting combined with auricular point pressing in the nursing of children with tonsillitis. Methods From January 2024 to January 2025, 60 children with tonsillitis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. One group received auricular point bloodletting combined with auricular point pressing, while the other group received conventional nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group's families was higher than that of the control group, with significant differences (P < 0.05). The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, with significant differences (P < 0.05). The pain level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion For children with tonsillitis, auricular point bloodletting combined with auricular point pressing can increase family satisfaction, reduce pain, and shorten the recovery time.
