摘要
目的 分析基于岗位胜任力的多元化教学在呼吸内科护理实习生中的价值。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年1月呼吸内科护理实习生28名设定为对照组,常规教学方法。选择2024年1月-2025年1月呼吸内科护理实习生28名设定为观察组,基于岗位胜任力的多元化教学。对比两组教学效果(教学成绩、岗位胜任力、教学满意度)。结果 教学成绩,观察组高于对照组;岗位胜任力评分,观察组高于对照组;教学满意度评分,观察组高于对照组,均(P<0.05)。结论 基于岗位胜任力的多元化教学在呼吸内科护理实习生中的价值较明显,可提高实习生教学成绩,提高岗位胜任力,提高教学满意度,值得采纳。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of competency-based diversified teaching for respiratory nursing interns. Methods A total of 28 respiratory nursing interns from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the control group and taught using conventional methods. Another 28 respiratory nursing interns from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the observation group and taught using competency-based diversified methods. The teaching outcomes (academic performance, competency scores, and teaching satisfaction) were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group showed higher academic performance, higher competency scores, and higher teaching satisfaction scores than the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Competency-based diversified teaching demonstrates significant value for respiratory nursing interns, improving academic performance, enhancing competency, and increasing teaching satisfaction, making it worthy of adoption.
