风险管理模式在无抽搐电休克复苏护理操作中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 探究分析风险管理模式在无抽搐电休克复苏护理操作中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2024年1月至2024年12月期间，院内60例接受无抽搐电休克复苏患者病历资料，其中2024年1月至2024年6月的30例患者接受常规护理观察，作为对照组。2024年7月至2024年12月的30例患者接受风险管理，作为观察组。对比两组不良事件发生率及患者家属满意度。结果 观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组，患者家属满意度评分高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 风险管理可显著降低患者不良事件发生率，提升患者家属满意度，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application value of the risk management model in nursing care during atypical electroconvulsive therapy recovery.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 60 patients who underwent atypical electroconvulsive therapy recovery in the hospital from January 2024 to December 2024. Among them, 30 patients from January to June 2024 received routine nursing care and served as the control group, while 30 patients from July to December 2024 received risk management care and were assigned to the observation group. The incidence of adverse events and family satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and patient family satisfaction scores were higher than those in the control group, with P < 0.05.
Conclusion   Risk management can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients and improve family satisfaction, making it worthy of promotion and application.
