神经外科危重患者早期肠内营养支持及专项护理效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨神经外科危重患者早期肠内营养支持及专项护理效果研究。方法 以70例进行早期营养支持的神经外科危重患者为对象,开展临床护理研究(2024年7月-2025年7月),随机分组后行不同护理措施配合(对照组/观察组,35/35例),评价常规护理(对照组)、专项护理(观察组)对患者营养指标、不良事件、神经功能、生活质量的影响。结果 4项营养指标对比,护理前均可比(P>0.05),护理后提高且观察组更高(P<0.05)。6项不良事件对比,观察组患者总占比更低(5.71% VS 22.86%)(P<0.05)。NIHSS评分对比,护理前均可比(P>0.05),护理后降低且观察组更低(P<0.05)。GQOLI-74评分对比,护理前均可比(P>0.05),护理后提高且观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论 对进行早期肠内营养支持的神经外科危重患者进行专项护理后,患者营养指标更优,不良事件明显减少,患者神经功能进一步改善,生活质量更高,值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition support and specialized nursing for neurosurgical critically ill patients.
Methods A total of 70 neurosurgical critically ill patients who received early nutrition support were selected as the research subjects. A clinical nursing study was conducted (from July 2024 to July 2025), and they were randomly divided into different nursing groups (control group/observation group, 35/35 cases). The effects of routine nursing (control group) and specialized nursing (observation group) on the nutritional indicators, adverse events, neurological function, and quality of life of the patients were evaluated.
Results Comparison of 4 nutritional indicators, before the nursing, they were comparable (P>0.05), and after the nursing, they improved and the observation group was higher (P<0.05). Comparison of 6 adverse events, the total proportion of patients in the observation group was lower (5.71% VS 22.86%) (P<0.05). Comparison of NIHSS scores, before the nursing, they were comparable (P>0.05), and after the nursing, they decreased and the observation group was lower (P<0.05). Comparison of GQOLI-74 scores, before the nursing, they were comparable (P>0.05), and after the nursing, they improved and the observation group was higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   After specialized nursing for neurosurgical critically ill patients who received early enteral nutrition support, the nutritional indicators of the patients were better, the adverse events were significantly reduced, the neurological function of the patients was further improved, and the quality of life was higher. It is worthy of promotion and application.
