The impact of donor human milk feeding on common complications in low body weight premature infants
人乳库捐乳喂养对低体质量早产儿常见并发症的影响

摘要

目的 观察低体质量早产儿接受人乳库捐乳喂养对常见并发症的影响。方法 我院于2024年1月-2024年12月随机选取80例低体质量早产儿进行研究，根据首诊顺序抽签分组。对照组40例（早产儿配方奶喂养）与研究组40例（人乳库捐乳喂养），并开展对应喂养方式及护理方案，比较两组早产儿喂养不耐受情况、生长发育情况、并发症发生率。结果 护理后研究组喂养不耐受情况、并发症发生率数值低于对照组，生长发育情况高于对照组，组间对比差异明显P＜0.05。结论 低体质量早产儿接受人乳库捐乳喂养，能够优化早产儿喂养不耐受情况，改善生长发育情况，降低并发症发生率。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of donor human milk feeding from a milk bank on common complications in low birth weight preterm infants.
Methods From January to December 2024, 80 low birth weight preterm infants were randomly selected from our hospital for the study and grouped according to the order of initial visit by drawing lots. The control group included 40 infants (fed with preterm formula), and the study group included 40 infants (fed with donor human milk from the milk bank). Corresponding feeding methods and nursing plans were implemented, and feeding intolerance, growth and development status, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.
Results After nursing care, the study group had lower feeding intolerance and complication rates and higher growth and development status compared with the control group, with significant differences between groups (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Feeding low birth weight preterm infants with donor human milk from a milk bank can optimize feeding intolerance, improve growth and development, and reduce the incidence of complications.
