The clinical value of standardized stroke emergency nursing process for patients with acute ischemic stroke
规范性卒中急诊护理流程对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床价值

摘要

目的 探讨规范性卒中急诊护理流程在急性缺血性脑卒中患者救治中的应用效果与临床价值。方法 选取2024年12月-2025年12月我院急诊科收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者56例，分为对照组与观察组，各28例。对照组采用常规急诊护理，观察组实施规范性卒中急诊护理流程。比较两组并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组并发症发生率低于对照组及护理总满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对急性缺血性脑卒中患者实施规范性卒中急诊护理流程，可有效缩短急诊救治时间，提高救治效率，改善患者神经功能与日常生活能力，降低并发症发生率，有效提升护理服务质量与患者满意度，改善患者预后，具有重要的临床推广与应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect and clinical value of standardized stroke emergency nursing process in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke.
Methods 56 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from December 2024 to December 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group, with 28 patients in each group. The control group received routine emergency nursing, while the observation group implemented standardized stroke emergency nursing procedures. Compare the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the overall satisfaction with nursing was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing standardized stroke emergency nursing procedures for patients with acute ischemic stroke can effectively shorten emergency treatment time, improve treatment efficiency, improve patients' neurological function and daily living abilities, reduce the incidence of complications, effectively enhance nursing service quality and patient satisfaction, improve patient prognosis, and have important clinical promotion and application value.
