Observation on the nursing intervention effect of skin damage related to intravenous therapy in cancer chemotherapy patients
肿瘤化疗患者静疗相关皮肤损伤的护理干预效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨针对性护理干预在肿瘤化疗患者静脉治疗（静疗）相关皮肤损伤中的应用效果。方法 选取2025年1月-12月收治的肿瘤化疗患者80例，随机分为两组，每组各40例。对照组实施肿瘤科常规静疗护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予静疗相关皮肤损伤专项护理干预，包括血管评估、穿刺技术优化、药物输注管理、局部皮肤防护、早期干预及健康宣教等。比较两组患者静疗相关皮肤损伤发生率、损伤严重程度、疼痛评分、护理满意度及生活质量评分。结果 观察组皮肤损伤总发生率低、各级损伤发生率、NRS疼痛评分低于对照组；护理满意度及生活质量评分高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 对肿瘤化疗患者实施静疗相关皮肤损伤专项护理干预，可有效降低皮肤损伤发生率，减轻损伤程度与疼痛，提高护理满意度与患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in skin damage related to intravenous therapy (intravenous treatment) in cancer chemotherapy patients.
Methods 80 cancer chemotherapy patients admitted from January to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine chemotherapy nursing in the oncology department, while the observation group received special nursing intervention for skin damage related to intravenous therapy on the basis of routine care, including vascular assessment, optimization of puncture technique, drug infusion management, local skin protection, early intervention, and health education. The incidence of skin damage related to intravenous therapy, severity of damage, pain score, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.
Results The total incidence of skin damage in the observation group was lower, the incidence of various grades of damage, and NRS pain score were lower than those in the control group; the nursing satisfaction and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing special nursing intervention for skin damage related to intravenous therapy in cancer chemotherapy patients can effectively reduce the incidence of skin damage, alleviate the degree of damage and pain, improve nursing satisfaction and patient quality of life, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
