Application of dedicated fixator combined with touch method for radial artery puncture in patients with atrial fibrillation
专用固定器联合触摸法穿刺桡动脉在房颤患者中的应用

摘要

目的 比较桡动脉专用固定器联合触摸法和直接触摸法穿刺桡动脉在房颤患者中的应用效果分析。方法 将我院心内科2025年1月-12月行房颤射频消融手术患者中的其中60例纳入研究对象，随机分为对照组30例和观察组30例。对照组采用普通的直接手指触摸法，让患者配合，制动手臂再进行桡动脉穿刺；观察组在前基础上加上桡动脉穿刺专用固定器辅助，固定好患者手臂，摆好体位，触摸后再穿刺。结果 穿刺总成功率观察组96.7%，对照组90%（P＜0.05）；穿刺并发症总发生率观察组23.3%，对照组63.3%（P＜0.05）；病人总满意度观察组96.7%，对照组80%（P＜0.05）。结论 房颤消融术前桡动脉穿刺时采用专用固定装置联合手指触摸法可提高穿刺成功率，减少穿刺并发症的发生，让患者的舒适性及满意度得到改善。

Abstract

Objective To compare the application effects of radial artery fixation device combined with touch method and direct touch method in puncturing the radial artery in patients with atrial fibrillation.
Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation surgery in our cardiology department from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases and an observation group of 30 cases. The control group used a common direct finger touch method, with the patient cooperating, braking the arm, and then performing radial artery puncture; The observation group added a specialized fixation device for radial artery puncture on top of the previous foundation, fixed the patient's arm, positioned themselves, and touched before puncturing.
Results The total success rate of puncture was 96.7% in the observation group and 90% in the control group (P<0.05); The total incidence of puncture complications was 23.3% in the observation group and 63.3% in the control group (P<0.05); The overall patient satisfaction rate was 96.7% in the observation group and 80% in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of a specialized fixation device combined with finger touch during radial artery puncture before atrial fibrillation ablation can improve the success rate of puncture, reduce the occurrence of puncture complications, and improve patient comfort and satisfaction.
