摘要
目的 分析基于循证理念的护理干预在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2023年6月至2025年6月期间HIE患儿90例，随机分为实验组与对照组。对照组接受常规神经科护理，实验组则在此基础上实施循证护理干预。结果 实验组患儿的NBNA评分、Gesell适应性评分显著高于对照组，并发症总发生率更低，家长PSI得分更低（P＜0.05）。结论 在HIE患儿的护理中结合循证护理策略，能够有效促进患儿神经行为发育，减少相关并发症，并显著缓解家庭照护压力。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in the care of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Ninety children with HIE from June 2023 to June 2025 in our hospital were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The control group received routine neurological care, while the experimental group received evidence-based nursing intervention on this basis. Results The NBNA score and Gesell adaptability score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with a lower overall incidence of complications and lower PSI scores for parents (P<0.05). Conclusion Combining evidence-based nursing strategies in the care of children with HIE can effectively promote their neurobehavioral development, reduce related complications, and significantly alleviate family caregiving pressure.
