摘要
目的 分析精细化护理在老年重症护理呼吸机相关性肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象为66例老年重症护理呼吸机相关性肺炎患者，抽取自本院2024年2月-2025年2月。运用随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组，每组33例。常规组中行常规护理，实验组中行精细化护理。对两组呼吸功能、生活质量进行比较。结果 相比较常规组，实验组呼吸功能指标显优（P<0.05），生活质量显高（P<0.05）。结论 对老年重症呼吸机相关性肺炎患者实施精细化护理，能有效改善患者呼吸功能，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of refined nursing in elderly patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia in critical care. Methods The subjects of this study were 66 elderly critically ill patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia, selected from our hospital from February 2024 to February 2025. Using the random number table method, the patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 33 cases in each group. The routine group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received refined nursing care. Compare the respiratory function and quality of life between two groups. Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group showed significantly better respiratory function indicators (P<0.05) and higher quality of life (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing refined nursing care for elderly patients with severe ventilator-associated pneumonia can effectively improve their respiratory function and enhance their quality of life.
