Evaluation of the improvement of nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by precision nursing intervention
精准护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者护理满意度的提升评价

摘要

目的 探究精准护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者护理满意度的提升效果。方法 随机纳入本院2025年1月-2025年12月间接收的老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。经纳排标准筛选后，共纳入80例患者，男43例、女37例，年龄60岁～80岁，病程2年～9年。随机数字表法分组，均分2组，即对照组（n＝40，予以常规护理）、观察组（n＝40，予以精准护理）。比较两组护理前后血糖水平、自护能力，并统计两组护理满意度。结果 观察组护理后血糖水平低于对照组，自护能力得分、满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 老年2型糖尿病护理中，精准护理可改善患者自护能力，提升其血糖控制效果，还可提高患者护理满意度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of precision nursing intervention on improving nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).
Methods A total of 80 elderly T2DM patients admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were randomly selected as study subjects. After screening according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, 43 males and 37 females aged 60–80 years with a disease duration of 2–9 years were enrolled. Patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table: the control group (n=40, receiving routine nursing) and the observation group (n=40, receiving precision nursing). The blood glucose levels, self-care ability, and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after intervention in both groups.
Results The observation group showed lower blood glucose levels post-intervention compared to the control group, with higher scores in self-care ability and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Precision nursing in the care of elderly T2DM patients can improve self-care ability, enhance glycemic control, and increase nursing satisfaction, making it worthy of promotion.
