Research on the impact of general surgery nursing management on surgical infection and pain degree
普通外科手术护理管理对手术感染及疼痛程度的影响研究

摘要

目的 探讨普外科手术护理管理应用对患者疼痛程度及手术感染的影响效果。方法 本次研究随机选取2023年1月-2025年1月医院普外科收治的100例手术患者为研究对象，均根据随机数表法将患者分组，分别是对照组（n=50例，常规护理）和观察组（n=50例，手术护理管理），观察手术感染发生情况，评估对比两组患者疼痛程度及护理质量。结果 观察组手术感染发生率低于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，而在术后各个时间段评估观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分均比对照组低，同时观察组护理质量评分相比对照组均显著提高（P<0.05）。结论 在普外科临床应用当中实施手术护理管理可以降低患者的术后感染率、提高患者的术后舒适感，加快患者功能的恢复速度，进而减少住院的时间以及康复的时间。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of surgical nursing management application in general surgery on patients’ pain levels and surgical infections.
Methods This study randomly selected 100 surgical patients admitted to the general surgery department of the hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 as the research subjects. All patients were divided into groups based on the random number table method, namely the control group (n=50, conventional care) and the observation group (n=50, surgical nursing management). The occurrence of surgical infections was observed, and the pain levels and nursing quality of the two groups were evaluated and compared.
Results The incidence of surgical infections in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the hospital stay was shorter. Moreover, the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at all postoperative time points. Meanwhile, the nursing quality scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing surgical nursing management in general surgery clinical practice can reduce the postoperative infection rate of patients, improve their postoperative comfort, accelerate the recovery of their functions, and thereby shorten their hospitalization and rehabilitation time.
