摘要
目的 探讨精细化管道护理联合疼痛管理，对胃癌手术患者术后康复的影响。方法 择期2024年1月-2025年6月，筛选本院收治的50例胃癌手术患者，依据抛硬币法分为对照组（n=25，精细化管道护理）和观察组（n=25，精细化管道护理+疼痛管理），对比两组效果。结果 观察组的护理有效率、不同时段的疼痛程度评分及多项术后康复时间指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 胃癌手术患者联合实施精细化管道护理与疼痛管理的效果较好，有助于缓解患者的疼痛程度，促进术后康复，该联合护理模式值得在胃癌手术患者的临床中应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of refined pipeline nursing combined with pain management on postoperative recovery of gastric cancer surgery patients. Methods From January 2024 to June 2025, 50 gastric cancer surgery patients admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into a control group (n=25, refined pipeline care) and an observation group (n=25, refined pipeline care+ pain management) according to the coin toss method. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing effectiveness rate, pain level scores at different time periods, and multiple postoperative rehabilitation time indicators of the observation group were all better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined implementation of refined pipeline nursing and pain management in gastric cancer surgery patients has a good effect, which helps alleviate the patient's pain level and promote postoperative recovery. This combined nursing model is worthy of clinical application in gastric cancer surgery patients.
