Observation of the effect of collaborative nursing intervention between medical staff and patients in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia
医护患协同式护理干预在原发性三叉神经痛患者中应用的效果观察

摘要

目的 分析医护患协同式护理干预在原发性三叉神经痛（PTN）患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2023年6月至2025年6月期间收治的87例三叉神经痛患者为研究对象。按入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组，对照组实施神经外科常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施医护患协同式护理干预。结果 观察组的视觉模拟评分（VAS）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分显著低于对照组，生活质量综合评定问卷-74（GQOLI-74）各维度评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 医护患协同式护理干预可缓解原发性三叉神经痛患者的疼痛，改善其焦虑、抑郁负性情绪，并提升患者的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of collaborative nursing intervention between medical staff and patients in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia (PTN).
Methods 87 patients with trigeminal neuralgia admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing care in neurology, while the observation group received collaborative nursing interventions between medical staff and patients.
Results The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74) scores in all dimensions were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Collaborative nursing interventions between medical staff and patients can alleviate the pain of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia, improve their negative emotions of anxiety and depression, and enhance their quality of life.
