摘要
目的 探究子宫内膜癌手术患者采用个性化康复护理模式的价值。方法 回顾性分析本院手术治疗92例子宫内膜癌患者病历资料（时段2025年1月-2025年12月），根据护理模式差异分组，采用常规护理的46例患者纳入对照组，采用个性化康复护理模式的46例患者纳入观察组。综合评比两组心理状态、疼痛感、术后恢复指标。结果 与对照组相比，观察组术后医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS）、疼痛数字评定量表（NRS）得分更低（P＜0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组术后初次排气时间、下床活动时间、进食时间均缩短（P＜0.05）。结论 子宫内膜癌手术患者采用个性化康复护理模式，能改善焦虑抑郁心理，减轻术后疼痛，加快康复进程。

Abstract
Objective To explore the value of personalized rehabilitation nursing mode in patients undergoing endometrial cancer surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 92 patients with endometrial cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025. According to the differences in nursing modes, 46 patients who received routine nursing were included in the control group, and 46 patients who received personalized rehabilitation nursing were included in the observation group. Comprehensive evaluation of two groups' psychological status, pain perception, and postoperative recovery indicators. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower scores on the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and Pain Rating Scale (NRS) after surgery (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had a shorter initial exhaust time, bed activity time, and eating time after surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting a personalized rehabilitation nursing model for patients undergoing endometrial cancer surgery can improve anxiety and depression, alleviate postoperative pain, and accelerate the rehabilitation process.
