The impact of optimizing emergency nursing processes on the efficiency and prognosis of emergency care for patients with acute stroke
优化急诊护理流程对急性脑卒中患者急救效率及预后的影响

摘要

目的 探讨优化急诊护理流程对急性脑卒中患者急救效率及预后的影响。方法 回顾性纳入2025年1月-12月本院接诊的50例急性脑卒中患者为探究对象。设2025年1-6月25例患者为对照组（常规护理干预）；设2025年7-12月25例患者为观察组（急诊护理流程优化护理干预）。对比两组患者急救效率、神经功能缺损程度、预后。结果 观察组患者急救效率指标与神经功能缺损程度及临床预后指标均优于对照组，相关数据对比分析，差异明显，均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 优化急诊护理流程应用于急性脑卒中患者，可有效提高急救效率，并改善患者神经功能与临床预后，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of optimized emergency nursing procedures on the efficiency of emergency care and prognosis in patients with acute stroke.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 50 cases of acute stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2025. The first 25 cases from January to June 2025 were designated as the control group (conventional nursing intervention), while the remaining 25 cases from July to December 2025 were assigned to the observation group (optimized emergency nursing procedures). The efficiency of emergency care, degree of neurological deficits, and clinical prognosis were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group demonstrated superior performance in emergency care efficiency, neurological deficits, and clinical prognosis compared to the control group. Statistical analysis revealed significant differences (P<0.05) in all relevant parameters.
Conclusion   The application of optimized emergency nursing procedures in acute stroke patients can effectively improve emergency care efficiency and enhance neurological function and clinical prognosis, warranting clinical promotion.
